History and cultural heritage

The long and rich history of Norway have left traces and traditions that should be explored by any visitors. Be sure to be told the story of the the viking heritage. Kaupang in Larvik was Norway's first town. Here you can visit and learn about the Viking´s first Norwegian trading post. Kaupang is placed in Tjølling, a few kilometers east of the centre of Larvik.
