The largest and toughest climbingpark you can find in Scandinavia is located in the river valley called Lågendalen, close to Larvik and the other towns in Vestfold. Try gorge rambling in Trollfoss with waterfall rapelling or other exciting activities in the Vestfold wilderness.

With different trails of varying difficulty there are challenges for all. The Extreme Trail for the toughest, or more family-friendly trails where the whole family can have fun together. The climbing park for the youngest children are only 1 to 1.5 meters above the ground.
At climbing courses for families, mothers and fathers will follow their children.
If you want to fly, the park has 16 zip lines totalling 1,700 meters. Try the course "Ormen Lange" with a span of 360 meters. This is a so-called Mega zip-line where you vill experience reality from 35 meters above the Lågen river.

Situated in Svarstad in Lardal, Høyt og Lavt activity park is centrally located in Vestfold and close to every town in Vestfold. From Oslo it is just a 75 minute car ride.

Admission to the activity park is free, but you need to pay for activities.

The climbing park is just as fun when it is raining - bring rain gear!
